Updating the internal legal/governance system to support and enhance Expansions growth.

For initiating the project, I had to apply Agile to our governance & Legal system by Convencing and collecting the votes of 23 Local Chapter Presidents, and we applied:
Faster process to legistlate and open expansions.
Faster process to scale them up or down based on results.

Implementing a strict, accurate and daily tracking system to each governant and branch on it's own allowed much easier problem spotting and solution tactics, while providing easy and accissable numbers & data to employees on ground to enhance their own understanding and avoid future bottlenecks.

Starting a Partnership with the university of: Minya, Beni Suef, Helwa, Kafr Elsheikh, Aswan, MUST, MSA & 6th of October.
Legalizing and organizing the flow of interns and volunteers with the national security office of Egypt.
A Partnership with EG Bank in Egypt in order to facilitate all financial payments and statements of all chapter.

As an Expansion Manager in AIESEC in Egypt, we successfully empowered & facilitated the rapid growth in the Egyptian Market that led to a contribution growth of 300% this year from Expansions, and this Rapid growth was in a healthy and sustainable way caused those expansions to be leading AIESEC in Egypt 4 years later, and until today, as well as the current Director (President) of AIESEC in Egypt being one of the First generation of this Expansion growth!
